Schnecke Terrain may be a little challenging for an urban runner, but the views should make it worthwhile. Well, I wasn't wrong about the terrain - very hard work on soft sand, but the location was absolutely fantastic. It was a very small field (under 60 runners, I think) but I am rather pleased to see, when I logged on to the website today, that I was placed first W45!! The first and last time that is likely to happen, but feel quite chuffed anyway!! North Herts Road Runners 38:03 38:03 38:03 54.93
