Non-runner My first time at one of these events so any advice welcome on technical skills etc required. Update 13/2 - reccied the bit from Barden Scale to Threshfield, bit slimy in places but straightforward, lovely descent from top of Trollers to Hartlington, last couple of miles need a real dig-in, don't run on the suspension bridge! Took me 2hrs 30 mins running all (note I'm slow) so will revise my estimated time upwards as this was apparently the Unaffiliated 5:28:00 5:28:00 7:30:00 5:28:00 44.23
