Mrs BooBoo LaBoy
well Mud Lark - i can assure you that my life isn't sh*t - I happened to catch Saturday nights episode and was horrified by what they showed on there...i mean I was absolutely horrified.
If everyone complained to Ofcom to get it off our screens - that would be great. But to just sit back - means that they will keep on showing it.

Hey IanM - well that is what I stated in my comments to Ofcom and C4 - they shouldn't be allowed to get away with broadcasting this nonsense really - I mean how is it entertaining??? it is entertaining for other bullies - but not to me.
It's 3 against 1...

In my view it is a high tech return to the village idiots, stocks etc and the whole town taking the pee but very nastilly out of the poor unfortunates in the centre of the ring. A sad circus of tripe. A gladiatorial arena of misfits and nicompoops... and SH!T TELLY!
If we all stopped watching it, they would stop showing it...

Fair enough Max I go very red faced myself, especially in the summer. I was thinking more of people who are in a right old state before they've reached the first mile, very bright faced being one sign amongst others. Not singling out red faced people. Not even laughing at people who havn't put in the right training, we all learn somehow and we all start somewhere. I've had some pretty shit runs myself despite putting in the hours on the road. I'm naturally crap at running myself so I'm not going to judge others
It's the group who all probably know each other from the office and they form a wall, suddenly stopping infront of you because they can't sustain running and then run at a sporadic uneven pace. Particuarly annoying when it's still the first mile. and the path is crowded anyway,

Red Tomato
BBLB I think your complaint has worked, amongst others, it was announced on 60 secs last night that they are launching an investigation. there have been several things said that could be seen as discrimatory, all caught on camera so heres hoping. cant believe they havent been called into the diary room and reprimanded, when maxwell chucked a bin at science he was hastily chastised and emma was thrown out the other year for causing arguments. This is worse, much worse. ML what is your job that you cant do it in the rain?
My gripe is people who continually tell me that all my aches and pains are down to running- I have cut down my mileage to a pathetic amount and still they smugly say- that'll be the running then! oh thank heavens for other runners who understand.
