But using the site for free AND blocking the ads doesn't feel like a great thing to do, which is why this box is so large and inconvenient. Does anyone have any advice on running/not running with this type of injury? Or any tips on dealing with it.

Do you know the cause of the injury? Have you started any therapy/stability exercise for it?

Hi twinrunner :) Really depends on what is wrong with it. Stretching and exercises worked wonders for me but can be lots of different probs with a SIJ.
