As far as I know, you can get that situ when they aren't ready to open the online entry.

Paper form printed ready to send - expensive entry already without then paying an extra £4 to RW on top!! Worth it for me as close enough to travel on the day and heard so many great things about the event  but not sure why RW levy an additional £4/5 on top!
