I can't decide whether to go for a PB (sub 1:45) or whether to take it easy and enjoy the race. I may just decide on the day depending on how hot or not it is. RJR - last year I put so much sunscreen on I look like a ghost in one photo.

JamieKai, why so worried about the goody bag, lol Last year's finisher's prize was a rucksack with the race name on it (I have used this as my race bag since), and the year before, we got a towel I was informed that the year before, they handed out sportsbags. I quite like this about Freckleton, they hand out a useful memento of the day, rather then a bottle of juice with a cereal bar (which is not a bad thing, but it's nice to get something different).
