Fast twitch - wearing them in?

I just assumed fast twitch were neatral, oh dear have I got the wrong shoes? Not sure what k-ona ones , they dont have ironman on the side though!

Its very gentle anti pronation support. I cant say I ever noticed it.
The forefoot is just flat and very flexible, so as long as you arent a heavy heel striker you wont notice.
