The revenue generated from the adverts on the site is a critical part of our funding - and it's because of these ads that I can offer the site for free. But using the site for free AND blocking the ads doesn't feel like a great thing to do, which is why this box is so large and inconvenient. Some sites will completely block your access, but I'm not doing that - I'm appealing to your good nature instead. Did you know that you can allow ads for specific sites, whilst still blocking them on others?

Yeah I just put them as the same. How's the hayfever? I stopped taking my cetirizine hydrochloride that I took for 30 years about 2 years. My symptoms have almost completely gone. Go figure! :-) G

It's back again this morning, but not so violently as yesterday (touch wood).

By the way, you'll see a little clipboard icon against some runners in the race listings now, which should link to the relevant training entry.

Cool. How did you link them? Just date / time or something fuzzier like distance? Do you do anything with the linked training + race data?
