The Club has been established since 1976 and caters for everyone from the age of 9 upwards. As a club we compete in the Chiltern Cross-country League and the East Anglian Track & Field League. The seniors have a strong focus on distance running and welcome people of all abilities.

Junior training is at 6.45 for a 7pm start at Tiddenfoot Leisure Centre
