Mega friendly running club where winning is not everything but having fun is. Training is on Tuesdays from The Corus Club on Rollies Drive in Shotton from about 6.45. This tends to be a longer run but have runners of differing ages and standards so there is always someone to chat too and afterwards moan in the bar too. Thursday training is a track session at Deeside College with the club coach where the emphasis is on speed and technique, again all ages and standards a catered for.The club takes part in the Borders League Races once a month and enter races as a club but all in the name of fun.
