The Club trains on Tuesday and Thursday evenings and races on Saturday afternoons throughout the year. It organises an annual charity fun run on Boxing Day which attracts entrants from other clubs. Throughout the rest of the year members enter road or cross country races on an individual basis and there is a strong emphasis within the Club on the social aspects of running.
