Hi we are a great bunch of Nordic Walkers who just enjoy the great outdoors. We are all shapes & sizes with varying abilities but we all share the passion for Nordic Walking as the health benefits are simply amazing. We are sociable & committed to lose weight and get fitter throughout 2016 & for the rest of our lives. Kev is British Nordic Walking / INWA trained and is so encouraging he has such a Positive Mental Attitude & it's infectious, so why don't you come and see what you can achieve & be part of something Special, the #378Norkers NW Group.
