Very friendly social running club based in Woolston Itchen Southampton, we meet Mondays 6:45pm at Woolston Millennium Gardens SO199RH, we cater for all abilities, we never leave anyone behind or anyone to run on their own, most sessions are speed or hill based with the occasional social run, new members are always welcome, please feel free to email Itchenspitfiresrc@gmail.com for more information
