About The Club
Rising Brook Runners exists because a few people have found a way of getting regular exercise and making it fun. We would love you to join us and find the secret too.Rising Brook Runners is open to everyone - athletes to aspiring plodders. Those who run regularly to those who have never run in their lives (and frankly don't believe they ever will).
Come along and give it a shot - we'll help you get started whatever your ability level. We are an England Athletics Affiliated Club with a number of qualified Leaders in Running Fitness to look after you.
