Run to Become.... whatever YOU want!

Everyone has goals but sometimes we put barriers in the way or are scared or unsure of how to begin.

RTB was set up to help you achieve your goals in running and fitness.

Whether you want to get fit, lose weight, or train for a running event we will help you to achieve your goals. We provide structured, friendly and fun

group and 1-1 running fitness classes

We can provide you with a personalised programme and nutrition advice to follow when we're not with you and will monitor your progress to keep you on track. We will also help you with a good and natural running form and technique to maximise the benefits of running and to help minimise injury.

You'll have the support of a knowledgeable running leader every step of the way and a friendly and fun group of like minded people.

We encourage runners of all abilities to come and join us as you will be working at your own pace and comfort level. There is no pressure as the emphasis is on enjoyment but we will make sure you are working hard. After all we do all want to get fit and achieve our goals.

Running really is for everyone. It is one of the most easily accessible fitness activities you can do and you don't need to spend lots of money on expensive kit or equipment, you just need an appropriate pair of running shoes. We can advise you on these if you are unsure.

Group running is good fun and can really help motivate people to keep up their exercise routine, you get to meet up with other like minded people, run together and share training and running tips or just enjoy the camaraderie of group running.

Most of our group and 1-1 sessions are run on or start from Clapham Common. Please contact us if you would like us to come to you for 1-1 Sessions in SW London or near Richmond or Bushy Parks.

New runners are welcome to attend, we’re a friendly bunch so please book here and come and join our fantastic running group or our 1-1 sessions and keep your exercise routine fun and rewarding.
