Swimming Session 6-7pm, Stamford Junior School Pool, Kettering Road, Stamford

Thursday
Run Session starts at 6.30pm, an interval based running session designed for all abilities of runners, meeting outside Westside Gym in Stamford, either a track based session or on the local roads around town. ( Also allows members the chance for an open water swim first!)
