A group of joggers / runners wanna be athletes based in and around the Sloway Firth area of outstanding natural beauty, from Abbeytown to Allonby to Aspatria to Silloth; who wish to get together for a coffee and a run anywhere in the area.
If you are interested...... come along, we just plod around at all speeds as long as it is slow. not every one is fast so we tend to go at the speed of the slowest, or if you feel brave you can speed work as long as you come back for the rest of us
