Southend-on-Sea Athletic Club is an Essex based athletics club running in: Track & Field, Cross Country and Road.
With our home track based at Southend Leisure and Tennis Centre, many other activities are available
Club nights are:
Tuesday & Thursday nights: 7:30pm
Saturday: Hockley Woods (carpark) 8am
Sunday: Hadleigh Castle 9am for speed work or various venues around Southend for long runs from 10 to 15miles.
