im 23 not 24!! im old enough without adding years.
i dont really run for goals so i dont really train, i run because i enjoy it even though i cant really get very far yet. i run with two other people who have been running for a couple of years ive only been joining in for a few weeks so far. im catching them up finally. im athsmatic so that holds me back a bit, that and a dodgy right knee. loving fetch by the way, everyones great
