60 min easy Night Run
After the showers had passed, I went out for a run at dusk, enjoying the cooler air and the quiet neighbourhoods around me. Nice and easy 10k that felt really good. 8 km in, I noticed that my HR was too high for the pace and I checked if my HRM was recording properly but my watch couldn't find it. So it's questionable HR data from the optical; good thing it didn't matter today.
