After crying out in pain at my left knee when I jumped out of bed this morning, I took ibuprofen and went back to bed for a bit. Tentatively went up and downstairs a few times while working from home and by lunchtime it felt fine again. Very odd. So I took some more ibuprofen just in case and went out for a lunchtime walk in the sunshine to keep it moving. I'll try a gentle short run tonight to see how it feels.
