Sunday long run, with 10 miles with John & Lee. Very hard work today - probably the strongest wind I’ve ever run in. In Pages Wood it almost felt like I was going backwards. If I’d’ve been running on my own I would definitely have stopped 2 or 3 times. Tough one.
