Kent 10000m Championships, M50 Silver
Tried to run 90 seconds laps, pacing Harriette Woolley​, held it pretty much for 12 or 13 laps but the humidity played its part and I fell 3-5 seconds behind schedule.
Happy with silver but would have liked to be a bit quicker than 38:25.
