Yateley 10k Race
I was feeling quite good tonight and whilst the Yateley 10k is a bit of a tough one, I thought I could sneak in under 40 mins. Well things started well and I managed a great pace but completely forgot about how deceptive the last 3km are. Pace dropped a bit in the last 3 km but I dug in deep and really pushed at the end to get in under 40mins.
Very chuffed with myself. Think next time I'll try take it easier at the beginning and push at the end.
