Longest ever run to date. Goals were, in order, run the whole thing (no walking on the hills) - check, 11mm pace -check, 10:45mm pace (no), 10:30 pace (no). I was reasonably on for around 10:35 - 10:45 pace until 9 miles in, when I lost it.
