Reasonably happy with this given that I turned up with a bad back and had to take Nurofen after 2 laps. I also had an upset stomach, a tight right calf and the left achilles has been aching this week.
After a cautious first half that included 2 wee stops, I went through half way in 2:07 and a bit and then picked it up and had a strong second half in 2:03 and a bit.
Will probably now pay the price for this with the back.
