A bit later and a bit shorter than I'd planned but a nice run-walk, 1:00 on, 1:00 off. Nicely downhill for the first half and then back uphill for the second. Needed a longer walk break over some uneven ground towards the end. I didn't want to turn an ankle. Overall, a good run.
