This was very disappointing and even a bit worrying. I simply could not run any quicker and I currently feel like an impotent pensioner on his 50th wedding anniversary. Come on big boy, let's perform. Let's give it the big one. Oh there is no big one. It's a tiddler.

The weird thing about this was, I actually quite enjoyed myself.

I'm going to try a couple of more sub-4s but if they do not happen, maybe it's time to sack it off and enjoy my running and start looking at some grown up distances.

Weather was a bit of a sod today. Too warm.
