Another dose of medicine. I had a go in the first mile and quickly realised that I was a long way away from being raxe fit. So I turned this in a training run and pretty much hated every step, but it did at least let me get the distance and time into my legs.

Bored out my bloody head. Halves of 2:06 and 2:10 showed that I was lacking some endurance.

I'll back in two weeks' time for another one and will keep plugging away until I'm back to full fitness.
