Hoped to go out at around 4 minutes per km but realised quite early on that this was rather optimistic, settled instead for more like 4:12 per km and hung on as best as I could.
Went through halfway in 33:37, faded slightly at the end and eased across the line in 67:58 or thereabouts.
5 minutes slower than last year but I'll take that at the moment! 🏃🏻💪
