Mill Road, Prom, round boatyard, golf course, about turned at roundabout outside the hospital, golf course, round boatyard, Prom, lap of the houses then home.
Unfortunately took a wee stumble mile 6 and 7.
Wasn’t down or out for long going by the mile splits, possibly 15-20 secs 🤷♀️
Right knee this time taking a dent.
