1 alla fine il ritorno molto duro e ventoso ma cmq la motivazione è venuta alla fine e spunto un buon ritmo e come sempre un ottimo caffe dal fratello che tira semp come un pazzo
2 stamattina è freddo davvero ma anch ela voglia non cè tanta e forse se ero solo non so se sarei sceso o corso
3 ma alla fine mi faccio animo e pensando un po a papa' cerco di fare il minimo poi il freddo in andata non è cosi tanto e mi allungo
