Three Things You Saw Today
1 anche oggi si scende per un recupero lento che come sempre non sara lento mi sveglio prima della sveglia
2 e in bagno sembra ok scendo e dopo un po trovo il Saggy che mai va piano come me ma io devo dire che riscontro un leggero
3 input positivo non sembra che sto troppo a terra e quindi mi adeguo anche se poi alla fine non riesco a fare la progressione ma va bene cosi nel frattempo mi sono comprato un atro giocattolo sensore ottico polar per la misuraz battito visto che il garmin
