Just to finish the Manchester Marathon was an achievement after three months of very little sleep!
The lack of miles really told in the last six miles, and I struggled with cramps. I think I know what I need to do to get my time down to 3:45 by the Yorkshire Marathon in October - it's a question of maximising the opportunities I get to run by running intervals and tempo pace where possible.
