Southend Parkrun No.66

- Wore both thermal top and jacket and got too hot, won't wear jacket in future

- Very windy
- Started at the front and let other people pass so wasn't held up
- Set Virtual Partner to 19:41 - too fast for the conditions, ok start and first lap but unable to maintain pace on second & third laps
- Took both Zopiclone & Mirtazapine the night before, didn't help
- Need to practise doing 180 steps/min and take shorter strides
- Mile splits 6:22, 6:40, 6:43
