Cardiff Half.
Was never going to be pretty since I hadn't run the distance since July but the additional of yesterday's exertions at Fan Fawr had me really strugglign from about 10k in. After the 9 mile mark it all became about not walking but I'm reasonably happy with this time considering all of the above.
