Kevin Henry league - 5k race at Newmarket. My Garmin time was 20.57 - was happy with that as defo felt much fitter than when I did the first 5k race a couple of weeks ago! Was 2nd lady Strider home!

Conditions were hideous as it had been raining all afternoon! Luckily it stopped for the race but the sandy track was pretty waterlogged, I ran the whole race on the grass!
