Darlington 10k race which i felt absolutely knackered all the way through this race and i've ran faster times and felt less tired, although i'm pleased with my time as i was looking to do anywhere between a sub 46 to 45 mins, so to do sub 45 mins all be it just, is a bit of a confidence booster for me as i havn't been performing very well since the Edinburgh marathon!
