Calf started to get a bit tight at around 3.5 miles and by the start of the 5th mile I was looking for a short cut home but as there was none I just eased back and kept going as I knew that stopping or walking would cause the calf to seize up. A lot of people passed me which was annoying but I picked the pace up again in the last 1.5 miles and passed some of them again.
