But using the site for free AND blocking the ads doesn't feel like a great thing to do, which is why this box is so large and inconvenient.

London Marathon Satrted off a little too fast looking back at it now but felt goog and was more than 9mins up overall on pace after 12 mile, The heat took its toll around 14 mile and the pace dropped off to just over 7 min miles until 17,
then felt very drained of energy. Managed to keep the pace under 8 min miles until 22 and the rest was just making to the end. Was pleased to hold the pace at around 8.20 until the finsh line and with the buffer I created over the first half was able to cross the line in the target time I trained for
