New Forest Marathon

Beautiful day. Cool with a breeze. Felt great up to about 18 miles and was on for about 3.50, but then it got hard quick! Last 5 miles were painful with a mixture of run and walk. Managed to plod the last mile in one go. Overall pleased with result.
