Tough conditions - the headwind on the undulating section and the far side of the Reservoir was BRUTAL.
So VERY pleased with the way I ran.
HR suggests that legs are still fatigued for the pace - and that if I want to go faster, I'll need do teach them to do so with speedwork. But THAT isn't the aom at the moment
