Notes & Comments

Pre-run fueling: Nothing

Pre-run: Bit early for me, but got up early as planned.

During: Fine once going, but running definitely doesn’t feel as easy and natural as it did before life got in the way.

Post-run: Pretty knackered and sweaty for a while. Felt good after a cool shower, but can feel legs are a bit stiff after sitting.
