Second test run for achilles.

Overly focusing on how achilles felt for first two running reps, then focused on form instead for the 3 mins and felt much more comfortable and smooth.

No reactions afterwards and this was after a decent amount of plyometrics and running specific movements.

More positive than yesterday.
