Harder session today and beginning to feel the impact of the extra HIIT effort this week. I may not have actually done that much in reality, but it feels like I have. Oh well, we have days/weeks like that.

I hit the pace levels but didn't get anywhere near the required HR. Not sure if that's a good thing or a bad thing but I know I'm knackered :)
