Post 10 hour work and post picking up bookshelf from fishtown, so I was a little exhausted but also needed to get out some energy I guess so hammered. Definitely over lingering sickness by this point thankfully. Was getting dark whole time but never got super dark and srt is kinda lit, and general city light I guess keeps it somewhat bright. Felt pretty good, by the last couple miles was definitely exerting myself but that was okay, got to that point just by feel. Sad to have only ran 25 miles this week, hopefully can be back up to 40 next week and finally start doing some workouts.
