Milton Keynes Marathon: 03:57:36 Pos: 488/1389.

Quite how I got under 4 hours beats me, but I'll take it. This was a dreadful race in comparison to the 2014 event. I ended up very dehydrated through a lack of water and the course was dangerous and slow.

I intentionally ran this wrong, pushing the first half and then slowing late on as I got tired.

I was embarrassed though by how I felt and looked towards the end and only now after 4 days am I writing this up and feeling a bit better about life.
