SVN Taurus Zodiac Challenge (36.1m): 05:58:33 Pos: 1/1

This went reasonably well, although I was somewhat unsettled by a heavy fall at 17.5 miles. It took me a while to get over that.

I did okay here, but was flagging after 24 miles in the last third and felt a bit rough after 30 miles.

Only one thing for it.....do more and go longer.

This was a good mental triumph and it was nice to get inside 6 hours with my fastest mile being the last mile.
