1 Oggi si prevede un forte caldo e cosi è non esagerato cè stato dipeggio masi respira a fatica
2 in compenso le gambe stanno benino il riposo giova e quindi riesco a corricchiare senza patemi
3 poi la Perrone ci ha scritto che non veniva e al segnale di francesco facimm Falcone.....tutti abbiamo risposto e fin a San Martino....con Orzo finale oggi è andata
