Notes & Comments

Was supposed to be 3x10 min at threshold with 2 min rest, cut the second interval one min short and added that minute to the break. The third interval was only 4.5 min. Ran on treadmill, couldn't handle the heat with no airflow, and should possibly have done the intervals slightly slower. I think I need a fan setup if I am to do workouts like this on the treadmill.
